Creation of reports to provide greater visibility of financial performance, budget variances, and data analytics.
Investigating and solving business issues and/or information requests.
Partnering with Heads of Departments to analyse financial performance.
Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare business cases for new activities or investments.
Project tasks include monthly reporting, financial performance reviews, variance analysis, data preparation, SOP documentation, process mapping and Change Management.
Conduct analysis of available financial information and data to draw conclusions and develop actionable insights.
Be involved in the creation of monthly financial reports.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships by communicating, consulting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of organisational objectives.
Proactively promote an effective working culture by capturing and sharing knowledge
and supporting common expectations.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
Good English, especially writing skill.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Powerpoint.
Good analytical skills and critical thinking.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Experience in presenting reports and financial analysis to non-financial stakeholders.14 days of annual leave.
