Mô tả công việc
Assists the Director of Revenue with all these tasks:
- Preparation of the annual topline budget & weekly/ monthly forecast across all revenue streams.
- Monitoring of transient and group book pace to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sources.
- Monitoring of key indicators of hotel performance.
- Preparation of analysis & materials for the revenue strategy meetings; daily/ weekly & monthly reports.
- Tracking and analysis of competitive set pricing.
- Edition and analysis of current and historical demand including lost business turndown, rooms on the books, competitive set and market trends to aid in more accurate forecasting.
- Monitoring of third-party intelligence sources to identify revenue opportunities (OTA, GDS, market studies). Keep current with industry changes and how it may impact demand.
- Working with Reservations and Front Desk to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained while maximizing profit.
- Being in charge of online reservations.
- Boosting the revenue culture by maintaining a strong communication with hotel teams to ensure revenue management principles are understood and followed.
- Preparation of training material.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience/exposure in the hotel operations and/or in luxury operations;
- Graduate degree in university;
- Analytical approach to problem solving, strategic thinker, numerical reasoning, business acumen;
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team;
- Demonstrate good English & Vietnamese skill;
- Good level in Excel;
- Knowledge in Opera Cloud is a plus;
- Knowledge of revenue, pricing, market intelligence, digital platforms is a plus.
