About The Team
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. SMT is looking for a (Listing, Content, Intellectual Property Rights) Safety and Compliance Specialist role in overseeing and controlling the quality of our local market E-commerce moderation.
Responsibilities
- Have a deep understanding of Listing/Content/ Intellectual Property Rights moderation guidelines and moderation strategies from the policy team, and work as an expert for the specific domain's expert to conduct a deep dive into the bad cases/grey case of the Global E-commerce platform.
- Identify risk trends of our platform, and opportunities for policy/process improvements and operational efficiencies, potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.
- Output data reports for specific markets among internal and external teams to present the findings, address the risk via making data-driven recommendations for process optimization, and drive long term solutions implemented.
- Driven solutions implement with QA, SOP, Policy, and Algorithms to improve Human/Model Quality, Policy and Model Strategies based on detected trends.
- Manage requests from cross functions for deep dive analysis with high level quality, efficient delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, and Vietnamese in both written and spoken, is required for this role.
- Strong time management, risk management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/Feishu sheets to support basic data analysis and visualization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.
- 3 years of working experience in Listing/Content/Intellectual Property Rights compliance as Subject Matter Expert for Trust & Safety operation/Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, particularly in conducting root cause analysis.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and project management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style.
