We are looking for a skilled Product Content Creator to generate user-focused copy for existing and upcoming product features. The emphasis is on illustrating key user values rather than technical writing

JOB SCOPE

• Collaborate closely with the Product Team and Marketing team to improve and create simple product user guides, ensuring clarity and usability
• Develop documentation and user centric guides that provide a user-friendly understanding of product features and use cases
• Provide timely updates to internal teams about the latest product releases, ensuring everyone is informed on new features, usually once a month
• Ability to use AI speech software and Basic video editing software to produce engaging short videos for product training and user support

REQUIREMENTS

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge on simple AI speech software application 
• Basic video editing software to add captions, merge, trim, etc.
• At least 2-3+ years working experience with similar experiences
• Proficient in writing clear, engaging content that simplifies technical information for a wide audience.
• Fast learner of consumer software and business tools
• Passionate in understanding user needs and communication via writing
• Collaborative mindset within a cross-functional team environment
• Passionate in teamwork with good communication between inter-teams
