1. Demand Planning:
• Develop sales forecasts at multiple aggregation levels, including demand plans by product, category and customer.
• Analyze historical sales trends and prepare forecasting data.
• Develop statistical forecasting models and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to understand demand drivers.
• Provide input data (Sales, Ordering, Pending, Stock, Leadtime) to support supply planning.
• Reconcile inventory and manage inventory reports, including turnover analysis.
2. Supply Planning:
• Manage inventory status at each point of the supply chain.
• Establish supplier lead time capabilities and monitor responsiveness to demand changes.
• Track purchase orders from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to the market.
3. S&OP Process Management:
• Organize and facilitate weekly S&OP meetings with relevant departments: Marketing, Sales, Accounting.
• Collect and adjust weekly/monthly plans, ensuring demand forecasts align with company sales targets.
• Report key metrics: inventory orders, sales-out vs forecast and order status (Completed/Pending)
