In this role, you will be instrumental in the Escooter & Ebike Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

• Responsible for conducting tests at the Function LAB, including fatigue tests, static durability tests on frames, vibration tests, shock tests, environmental testing, drop tests
• Participate in quality assessment activities for mechanical components as directed by superiors
• Ensure all work complies with ISO regulations, VF standards, and national standards such as QCVN, TCVN, etc.
• Strictly adhere to company regulations
• Possess specialized knowledge of the principles and proficient operation of laboratory testing equipment, such as vibration testers, environmental testers, drop testers, CMM machines, etc
• Work with testing requesters to arrange appropriate jigs and fixtures for each test component
• Compile data and prepare reports as required by management
• Have knowledge of data analysis techniques such as 5 Why, 5W1H, 5W2H, problem solving, etc
• Conduct quality assessments of mechanical components as required by superiors
• Train workers on risk identification, machine operation, and proper test execution according to requirements
• Perform other tasks as directed by management
• Ensure fire prevention, firefighting, and safety security in the LAB area under responsibility
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Over 2 years of experience in operating and managing a testing laboratory, including vibration testers,
  
  

environmental test machines, drop testers, and CMM machines

• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
• Strong knowledge and foundation in analytical and logical thinking
• Collaborate with testing requesters to arrange appropriate jigs and fixtures for testing components
• High level of self-discipline and responsibility
• Strong sense of discipline
• Ability to work independently and work effectively in a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Proficiency in office software, using mechanical design software
• Specialized in Mechanical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of quality management practices, including the 7 QC tools, 8D reports, etc
