In this role, you will handle key responsibilities within the Logistics Division, applying your expertise in logistics operations, budget management, and both international and domestic transportation. You will work closely with various teams, including other departments and VINFAST's partners, to develop innovative solutions that drive company success and support our global expansion in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage logistics budgets for Logistics Division operations, including transportation costs, warehousing, and related services
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with company financial goals
• Coordinate and manage international shipping and domestic distribution for finished vehicles
• Negotiate and build relationships with transportation partners and logistics service providers
• Analyze logistics performance and budget-related data to provide detailed reports
• Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to create accurate and timely reports
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the logistics division to ensure smooth operations and process integration
• Ensure effective communication and resolve any issues related to logistics
• Develop and implement logistics operational processes to optimize performance and reduce costs
• Participate in and coordinate bidding projects related to logistics services, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Work in an organized, proactive manner to solve problems and provide effective solutions
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and maintain accuracy in all responsibilities

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and practices
• Experience in budgeting for logistics within manufacturing companies
• Proven commercial experience in international transportation and domestic distribution
• Excellent data analysis skills, a background in finance is a plus
• Proficient in creating reports and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments
• Experience in developing and implementing operational processes
• Experience managing logistics-related bidding projects
• Logical thinking and a proactive attitude
• Fluent in English
