Mô tả Công việc
Searching, developing materials and supplies (meeting price, delivery time, quality based on requirements of product development department and costing team)
Searching and developing new sources of materials to reduce costs or save materials as much as possible
Take on the task of dealing with temporary shortages of supplies by sourcing new or temporary replacement supplies. (Or permanent replacement if the material is no longer available in the market)
Support production department in sourcing on consumables, machine specifications"
Tracking sample and doing clearance with Import / Export team for samples or raw materials
Checking current task status (daily) and processing next step
Collect inquiry from PD / Costing / Prodution / Purchasing Team if any
Coordinating with PD to define material base on info from sale dept., (included certificate of material need to meet customer's requirements)
Coordinating with costing team to get best and safe price. (Especially material solution for bidding)
Coordinating with Purchaser / Production Planner about lacking material or urgent order need to backup material
From Departments requirements collected then look for and take samples / Spec / Certificates
Provide the comparison, samples (sizes) / spec and Certificate to related dept.
Arrange samples of RM (big size) for printing test or trial test and get feedback from PD / Production
Coordinating with supplier about test result to improve or getting advice for PD / Prodution to improve quality / technical
Support the purchasers to do the purchasing tasks when necessary, under the direction of the department head
Implement & Maintain Management Quality System QMS 9001 : 2015
Perform other duties as assigned

Graduated from any major relevant
At least 3 years experience in Purchasing/ Sourcing (experience in printing / packaging industry is an advantage)
Strong communication & good problem solving skills
