Work location: Central (Including: Da lat, Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Dak Lak)

* Monitoring group’s daily performances to ensure the effectiveness of the group

· Reaching the sale targets of portfolio

· Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products

· Allocating in right field and setting sales targets for individuals reasonably

· Deploying the plan of opening market, potential customers

· Collecting customers feedbacks on products/ services and competitors; report to manager for timely action

· Mastering product knowledge; ensure team understand product knowledge

· Motivating team members to complete the task

· Recruiting, training, developing, evaluating staffs

· Doing report to Field Manager

· Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by immediate manager
