Position overview
We're seeking a motivated, upbeat HR Generalist to join our team. You'll assist in implementing core
HR processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Your focus will be on
employee administration, benefits, rewards, and internal communication. Collaborate with the
team to foster a strong, employee-oriented, high-performance culture
Primary Responsibilities
• Implement and manage HR procedures.
• Plan and host internal communication and corporate events.
• Coordinate with vendors for event preparation.
• Advise on employee relations, HR activities, benefits, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare employment documents, including contracts and termination orders.
• Conduct exit interviews and compile turnover reports.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and foster effective work relationships.
• Support other HR administrative tasks as needed.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and Canva.
• Familiarity with applicable labor laws and practices, HRIS and payroll systems is an
advantage.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and planning skills in executing internal events aligned
with company's core values.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with employees at all levels.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Passion for team cohesion, wellness, and positive work culture.
