● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
● Oversee the entire testing process, including the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure
comprehensive test coverage.
● Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs to management.
● Participate in building and continuously improve QA processes through the adoption of industry
best practices and new technologies.
● Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
● Manage the QA team's workload and resource allocation.
● Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
Yêu cầu công việc
● Have at least 5 years of experience working in a QA/Tester position, including at least 2 years of
experience in a management position.
● Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
● Experience with software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email.
● Experience with CMMI, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
● Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
● Basic English communication required.
