Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA Engineer to join our e-commerce development team. The QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our platform. You will be responsible for planning and conducting comprehensive tests, including functional, load, performance, and user
testing, to guarantee a smooth and error-free user experience. Additionally, you will audit data and pricing to ensure they work as intended across the platform, and ensure content accuracy in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and execute test plans for functional, load, performance, and user testing of the e-commerce platform.
Audit and verify data accuracy, including product information, pricing, and promotional oCers.
Ensure content accuracy in English to meet quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the development team to identify, report, and track bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
Conduct regression testing to ensure that new updates or features do not introduce errors to existing functionality.
Analyze testing results and work with the team to troubleshoot any issues, providing actionable feedback.
Ensure the platform is optimized for speed and stability under various load conditions.
Write and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive test cases where applicable.
Continuously improve testing processes and adopt best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in QA engineering, particularly with e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of diCerent testing methodologies, including functional, performance, load, and user testing.
Familiarity with manual and/or automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner).
Ability to audit and ensure the accuracy of product data, pricing, and promotions.
Proficiency in English to ensure content accuracy.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, participating in sprints and daily standups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to work eCectively with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for testing APIs.
Knowledge of SQL or PostgreSQL for querying databases to verify data accuracy.
Language Skills
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred to facilitate communication with the local team.
