1. Operational Level
- Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting process (AOP/JF) and ensure timely submission for BOD/BOM approval.
- Align AOP with strategic objectives and OGSM at both company and divisional levels.
- Monitor performance vs. targets and provide financial guidance for day-to-day operations.
- Prepare regular management reports for senior leadership and the Board.
- Lead Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Operation Reviews, including performance of international subsidiaries.
- Identify trends, unexpected losses, and strategic implications.
- Collaborate with Function Heads to enhance profitability and revenue through financial insights (e.g., pricing, bonus schemes, policies).
- Support the Finance Director with reports and presentations on operational performance.
***Project & Investment Appraisal
- Conduct business case analysis for new projects and investments (ROI, NPV, IRR, Payback Period).
***Management & Leadership
- Lead and develop the Finance Business Partner and FP&A teams, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and task planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
2. Strategic Level
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Create ad-hoc financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Use financial insights to guide decision-making and communicate across the organization.
3. Digital Transformation
- Build and maintain BI tools to track key business metrics and support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Financial Reporting and other departments to enhance financial systems for deeper analysis and effective cost control.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Preferably have a Certificate of Finance (CIMA.CMA) or MBA
2. Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, with strong understanding of manufacturing operations. Experience in the food industry and exporting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems is required; SAP Hana is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
3. Skills:
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and a result-driven mindset.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Business Intelligence tools.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).Laptop
