I. Job Purpose

As the Senior Expert, Data Security Ops Engineering, you will be joining our technical team with state-of-the-art expertise in developing & delivering advanced data platforms and supporting development and production infrastructure. Your job will be to deliver, upgrade and maintain infrastructure with high security standards. You will also be involved and drive in our code deployment (CI/CD) and setting-up, configuring and running development/test and staging/production infrastructure across multiple cloud and on-prem products. With the objective to drive towards improving DORA metrics across our group.

II. Main Work

Continuous Delivery Through DevSecOps Factory:

• Define and prioritize activities in the platform backlog according to its needs.
• Continuous Integration by building, integrating features, bugs fixing the new versions of services and platforms
• Automating end-to-end testing and validating application services on non-production environments.
• Continuous Deployment of services and platforms from non-production all the way to production.
• DevSecOps Factory:
• Build, automate, enhance, and integrate security governance: Application và platform continuous security monitoring
• Web/API security Testing
• Threat Modeling
• Secret Management
• CI/CD tools chain: Jenkins, Gitlab, Nexus, ArgoCD, Grafana, Prometheus, EKL/Splunk,Sonarqube
• Container Orchestration: EKS, Openshift, Helm
• Cloud provider: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Git-flow
• Configuration Management: Ansible, Puppet.
• IaC: Terraform, Pulumi
• Policy as Code
• Monitoring

III. Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Graduated from university majoring in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology

IV. Would be great if you brought this to the role

• 10+ years of experience in SDLC, including 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps.
• Expert knowledge of DevSecOps factory pipeline components and DevSecOps Metrics.
• Expert knowledge and working experience with public and hybrid Cloud environments, especially AWS
• Good understanding of networking concepts (load balancers, routers, web application firewalls, ingress controllers) and cybersecurity practices
• Experience with setting-up highly secure infrastructures with no Single Point of Failure, High Availability and Disaster Recovery
• Hands-on experience on code, commit, code review, document, test, integrate, QA, monitor with frontend and backend languages and technologies.
• Expert knowledge and working experience with DevSecOps tools Chain and security governance
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins)
• Experience with monitoring systems (LGTM, Prometheus, adot)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with Databricks
• Experience in Data project
