PURPOSE OF POSITIONAssists in all hotel accounting and financial control. Ensures all functions are being performed accurately, on a timely basis and according to hotel standards.

MAIN ROLES

• Assists in providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget.
• Assists in implementing and reviewing financial controls and policies
• Assists in the analysis of financial and management reports
• Assists in the design of internal reporting systems required by the department and hotel
• Assists in the evaluation of existing internal control measures that apply to accounting procedures and computer systems as per Lotte Policies and Procedures
• Employs adequate internal control procedures to ensure correct authorization for payment procedures
• Assists in the management of internal and external audits when they occur
• Provides administrative support to Management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice and operational assistance
• Identifies training needs, develops formal training plans and conducts training sessions for accounting and operational staff in coordination with other departments
• Participates in local recognized professional and industry organizations
• Conducts monthly inspections and tests to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures
• Implements and maintains acceptable accounting practices and procedures as required by Lotte Policy, generally accepted accounting practices, and as affected by local conditions
• Assists in the review of operating equipment stores to avoid unnecessary/excessive purchases and to eliminate (or at least be aware) of obsolete slow moving items
• Assists in ensuring all accounts are reconciled on monthly basis, review and approve those reconciliations
• Assists in ensuring payments are made to Lotte (All Fees and billings) as fast as possible
• Assists with the management of work flows of the finance department
• Assist in the maintenance of the fixed asset register on an annual basis
• Works with Head of Departments to perform ad hoc cost benefit analysis on various projects
• Assists in enforcing, documenting and establishing adequate controls for all revenues and expenses and protection of assets
• Maintains up to-date account analysis and reconciliations
• Interacts, as required, with individuals outside the hotel including, hotel’s legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, commercial banks and government banks
• Assists in maintaining accurate and timely financial and operating information and ensure corporate deadlines are met
• Assist in follow-up on all capital expenditures to ensure compliance with original justification and approval
• Maintains professional and technical competence
• Assists in implementing and maintaining acceptable accounting practices and procedures as required by Lotte policy and procedures, generally accepted accounting practices, and as effected by local conditions
• Assists in control of inventory, credit, and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances
• Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs

• Implement and coordinate cooperation as a supporting department for business operation.

• Manage and maintain smooth work cooperation and support system with organizations concerned in government relations activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred.
· Experience: 5 years in hotel accounting or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
· Credentials: Working Experience in 5 Star Hotel Security Department Works preferred

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

Năm 1998, Sơn Hà được thành lập với tên Công ty TNHH Cơ Kim Khí Sơn Hà
Năm 2007, Chuyển đổi sang mô hình thành Công ty Cổ phần Quốc tế Sơn Hà. Nhà máy sản xuất inox Sơn Hà với diện tích 45.000m² chính thức đi vào hoạt động.
Năm 2008, Xuất khẩu ống thép inox Sơn Hà vào thị trường Mỹ. Đây là dấu mốc quan trọng đánh dấu sự phát triển ngành sản xuất Công nghiệp của Tập đoàn. Ống inox Sơn Hà là thương hiệu duy nhất tại Việt Nam
Năm 2009, Sơn Hà trở thành Công ty đại chúng, chính thức niêm yết 15 triệu cổ phiếu tại Sở GDCK TP. Hồ Chí Minh với mã SHI; vốn điều lệ đăng ký 150 tỷ đồng.
Năm 2012, Mở rộng xuất khẩu đến 20 quốc gia trên thế giới như: Hoa Kỳ, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Singapore

Năm 2017, Tái cấu trúc thành công với quy mô gồm Công ty mẹ và 13 công ty thành viên. Thực hiện thành công thương vụ M&A Trường Tuyền, thương hiệu lớn có uy tín trong ngành sản xuất bồn chứa nước inox. Xây dựng nhà máy Sơn Hà tại Myanmar. Xuất khẩu tới 35 quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ
Năm 2018, M&A thành công Tổng công ty Toàn Mỹ – thương hiệu bồn nước cao cấp và lâu đời nhất của VN, mở rộng thị trường tại miền Nam. Bùng nổ các ngành sản xuất và kinh doanh mới có tính bước ngoặt: công nghệ xử lý nước thải, điện mặt trời, đầu tư vào lĩnh vực vận tải & logistics, v.v…
Năm 2019, Hợp tác liên doanh phát triển năng lượng mặt trời với tập đoàn WeGen của Đức, thành lập công ty liên doanh Sơn Hà WeGen để nghiên cứu, chuyển giao công nghệ hệ thống năng lượng tái tạo và phát triển kinh doanh điện áp mái Solar Rooftop. Hợp tác cùng các đối tác Nhật Bản và Hàn Quốc (thành phố Gyeongju), tiếp nhận công nghệ xử lý nước sạch và nước thải tiên tiến. Ký kết với EVN Hà Nội, phát triển và lắp đặt thành công hệ thống sản phẩm điện mặt trời áp mái (FreeSolar) tại nhiều công trình dân dụng và công nghiệp với mức công suất đạt gần 30kw/công trình. Ký thỏa thuận hợp tác chiến lược với Tập đoàn Watrec – Thụy Sỹ về phát triển Biogas – sản phẩm giúp biến rác thải thành năng lượng
Năm 2020, Thành lập Công ty Sơn Hà FreeSolar – Ra mắt thị trường thành công sản phẩm điện mặt trời áp mái Freesolar. Với tôn chỉ áp dụng công nghệ NLMT từ CHLB Đức mang điện sạch, giá rẻ đến cho các gia đình và doanh nghiệp, FreeSolar đã cung cấp giải pháp và hoàn thiện hệ thống, nối lưới cho hàng trăm khách hàng trong năm 2020 với tổng công suất trên 20MWp điện áp mái. Ra mắt thị trường sản phẩm điện mặt trời áp mái Freesolar. Khánh thành nhà máy sản xuất lắp ráp xe điện EVGO và ra mắt thị trường các dòng xe điện hai bánh của EVGO. Ra mắt thị trường các dòng sản phẩm mới thuộc lĩnh vực sản phẩm gia dụng như: điều hòa eCool, bình nước nóng trực tiếp
Năm 2021, Sở hữu 22 công ty thành viên và công ty liên kết, 11 nhà máy sản xuất trong và ngoài nước, 120 chi nhánh, 30.000 nhà phân phối và điểm bán, với gần 3.000 nhân sự. Tiếp tục nghiên cứu phát triển các sản phẩm mới, phục vụ tiện ích cuộc sống cho người Việt như: chậu handmade cao cấp, xe máy điện EVGO, bình nước nóng Smart wifi, nồi cơm điện Korecook…Khai trương hệ thống EVGO Centre – showroom trưng bày xe máy điện EVGO – tại các tỉnh thành trọng điểm
