We're seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with advanced technical skills to join our team at EPAM Vietnam. The role involves building and maintaining our product recommender systems with a focus on MLOps and optimizing machine learning algorithms. In addition to this, your strong technical skills will be the key factor in driving the team toward success.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain our product recommender systems, with a focus on MLOps (e.g. deployment & performance monitoring) and optimizing machine learning algorithms in PySpark
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to feed data into the recommendation systems
Analyze and evaluate the performance of the recommendation systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with other data scientists and engineers to develop innovative machine learning solutions that drive business value
Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies and leverage them to improve the recommendation systems

Requirements

More than 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
Strong experience in Python programming language and Big Data frameworks such as Pyspark
Familiarity with MLOps tools and techniques, such as model deployment, monitoring and performance optimization
Knowledge of Azure cloud computing platforms (e.g. Blob storage, Databricks, etc.)
Experience in Vector databases and building recommendation systems in an e-commerce environment is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Good understanding of software engineering and DevOps skills (Docker, Git, CI/CD, etc.)

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 2002, Công ty TNHH Anh Hai Duy tiền thân của Tập đoàn An Phát Holdings ra đời.
Năm 2005, Nhà máy sản xuất bao bì đầu tiên của Tập đoàn đi vào hoạt động tại KCN Nam Sách, Hải Dương với công suất thiết kế 13.200 tấn/năm.
Năm 2009, Thành lập Công ty Cổ phần An Tiến Industries (tiền thân là Công ty Cổ phần Nhựa và Khoáng sản An Phát – Yên Bái).
Năm 2013, Quy mô sản xuất và kinh doanh của Tập đoàn tăng trưởng vượt bậc, tổng năng lực sản xuất của An Phát Holdings lên tới 57.000 tấn/năm.
Năm 2017, An Phát Holdings trở thành doanh nghiệp nhựa công nghệ cao số 1 Việt Nam. Cũng năm 2017, An Phát Holdings chuyển đổi sang mô hình Tập đoàn, thành lập thêm nhiều công ty thành viên, hoàn thiện hệ sinh thái doanh nghiệp.
Năm 2018: Công ty Cổ phần Nhựa Hà Nội (HPC) chính thức trở thành thành viên của Tập đoàn An Phát Holdings.
An Phát Holdings trở thành Tập đoàn nhựa công nghệ cao, thân thiện môi trường hàng đầu Đông Nam Á.
Năm 2019, Sau 2 lần đổi tên thành Công ty CP Nhựa và Bao bì An Phát và Công ty CP Nhựa và Môi trường Xanh An Phát, Anh Hai Duy chính thức có tên mới nhất là Công ty CP Nhựa An Phát Xanh.
Ngày 28/7/2020, Tập đoàn An Phát Holdings chính thức niêm yết mã chứng khoán APH trên sàn HoSE
Tháng 2/2022, Tập đoàn An Phát Holdings động thổ nhà máy sản xuất chất dẻo phân hủy sinh học PBAT đầu tiên tại Đông Nam Á, có công suất 30,000 tấn/năm với số vốn đầu tư 120 triệu USD, được đặt tại Khu Công nghiệp Nam Đình Vũ, quận Hải An, thành phố Hải Phòng.
