I. KEY ACTIVITIES
· Overall
- The job holder supports the implementation activities of company-wide initiatives for the portfolio of both traditional projects/ initiatives implemented through Waterfall /Agile methodology.
- Focus on strategic projects (almost internal programs/ projects) to meet the target of Sponsors in the financial period. Eg: Standardized functions across company-wide, Projects to demonstrate the feasibility of ICT solutions; …
- The job holder collaborates with cross-functional teams within the Project’s members and other divisions in the Company to ensure operational consistency across company-wide initiatives by tracking and governing progress, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Receive requirements and propose solutions.
- Define the appropriate approach to the project (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) and related processes.
- Propose the final project plan, including the scope of works, final deliverables, milestones, resources, budgets, quality control, risks and issues management.
· Project Initiate / Execute:
- Develop Project Charter, Plan according to the Sponsor’s requirements.
- Prepare and kick off the project on time.
- Follow up and manage the project’s quality and timeline.
- Develop and implement tools/templates to track and report across the portfolio of transformation initiatives (foundational and agile) and customize as required.
- Consolidate and prepare progress reports for PMO/ Program Manager/ BoM leadership committees timely and accurate.
- Identify and propose solutions to any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the project’s quality and timeline.
- Prepare and provide reports regularly to other related departments.
II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Education
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related fields (Business Administration, Finance, etc.) from universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, National University, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Military Technical Academy, etc.
- TOEIC score > 650 or equivalent certifications.
- Project management certifications like PMP, and PMI-ACP are advantageous.
• Knowledge and Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing strategic projects, internal projects, and IT solution projects.
- Familiarity with the job description and requirements for the applied position.
• Skills
- Conflict resolution and effective teamwork skills.
- Management skills and ability to work with teams from different functions, departments, and geographic locations.
III. POLICIES/COMPENSATION
• Income: $1200 – $2000
- Competitive market salary, minimum 13.5 months' salary per year.
- Salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s qualifications.
