• Develop processes/initiatives to support Agency Force & departments, handle arising issues effectively
• Develop procedures and initiatives to reduce pending issuance

What We Are Looking For

• University Degree
• At least 5 years in Life Insurance
• Expertise in Agency Experience Management,
• Experience design, process reengineering,
• Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Innovative mindset & problem solving
• Ability to view interactions from the Agency’ perspective.
• Ability to translate insights from data and research into Agency experience improvement
• Ability to collaborate with all levels in an Organization
• Word, excel, power point
• Prefer having experience with AWS, CAS
