KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A design lead is most typically responsible for bringing design solutions (images, videos) to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals

70% Creative:

· Study design briefs and determine requirements

· Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software

· Produce sketches, storyboards, video roughs to visualize ideas

· Shooting videos, setting up lighting,..etc and record interviews. Managing the video editing.

· Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media, especially videos, short videos,...

· Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions

30% Planning & Management:

· Oversee conceptualization of design projects, generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter

· Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion.

· Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.

· Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

· Inspire, train and coach the Design team members for their personal growth
