Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Business Project Management Executive to manage and execute a variety of pilot projects that concentrate on multi-channel management, sales uplift initiatives, and the improvement of internal processes.
- The Business Project Management team will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in complex data management and demonstrate the ability to navigate multi-stream projects. They should have a strong aptitude for problem-solving, effective structuring, organizing, and planning. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit a high level of initiative and drive.
*** Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pilot projects, such as Business Expansion (including Channel and Geo expansion) and Off-Site Traffic Expansion. This involves defining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on the performance of pilot projects, ensuring their successful execution.
- Monitor project progress, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed, and ensure effective communication and information sharing with stakeholders.
- Analyze project data, evaluate outcomes, conduct risk assessments and provide insights and recommendations for project improvements.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance pilot project management processes.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the e-commerce field or technology companies.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business administration, Marketing management, Economics or related fields. A master‘s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective documentation is essential for successful project management as it helps in communication, knowledge sharing, and maintaining project records.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
