Mô tả Công việc
Purchasing Operations & Vendor Management
- Receive and handle demand, calculate container load and optimize container
- Prepare all required information and data for purchasing operation to create and process the order include but not limited to: product information, pricing, tax, vendor information and related agreements.
- Work closely with vendor to monitor production leadtime and ensure fulfiment rate (OTIF)
- Follow overall loading plan, make to stock and container consolidation process of the assigned vendor
- Solving ad-hoc issue during and after order delivery
- Update order status and documentation on internal systems
- Vendor Training
- Work with AMZ to resolve leadtime, adjust quantity & resolve issues
- Work with Warehouse to resolve issues about damage & shortage products
Vendor & Payment Management
- Manage the outstanding balance of Vendors, work with FA team for payment scheduling
- Process and manage payment to vendors ontime, infull.
- Work closely with the suppliers' representatives, develop the daily communication so that Y4A can be alerted of their issues in material, manufacturing or warehouse capacity, build a win-win approach to develop a solution for supply chain requirements and issue
- Manage the overall and step-by-step performance of vendors and work with them for improvement plan and as well as prepare the back-up plan
- Collect and check all invoices before submission
Data management & analysis
- Manage master data for PO, loading plan, products, …
- Analyze existing data to find AMZ's behavior
- Manage MTS for each vendor
- Calculate container load and optimize container
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- General - Graduate from top universities with degree in Management, Business or Economics.
- Good command of English, especially in writing.
- Fresher or 1-2 years’ experience in Supply chain.
- Good with numbers, logical thinking, communication.
- Good with Excel, Google sheet, Power BI. MySQL is plus.
- Careful, accountable. We are looking for an explorer and responsibility taker.
- Sense of data and strong logical thinking is preferable
