I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deployment Planning Associate Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial role in analyzing data, forecasting demand, and contributing to the overall demand planning process. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient demand planning and inventory optimization.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales, demand, and inventory levels.
● Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators and demand forecasting metrics to stakeholders.
● Develop and maintain statistical models for demand forecasting, continuously improving forecast accuracy.
● Utilize data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
● Explore and recommend the use of advanced analytics tools for demand forecasting improvements.
2. Demand Forecasting:
● Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to forecast future demand for products.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather demand-related inputs for accurate forecasting.
3. Inventory Management:
● Work closely with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet forecasted demand.
● Monitor inventory turnover and recommend strategies for inventory optimization.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand market trends and new product launches that may impact demand.
● Work with supply chain teams to align demand planning with supply planning.
5. Team Management:
● Assist the demand planning team with day-to-day activities and provide guidance and support for their professional growth.
● Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
● Proven experience in data analytics, demand planning, or a related role, with at least 5 years of experience.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
● Experience in demand forecasting methodologies and statistical modeling.
● Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
● Leadership skills to guide and mentor the demand planning team.
