Mô tả công việc
1. Plan in detail for each event throughout the year, including major and seasonal events. Clearly define the goals of each campaign and the accompanying budget.
2. Manage events budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement
3. Assist in creating and distributing event collateral (i.e., invitations, event flyers, follow-up questionnaires for attendees)
4. Coordinate all facets of events with sales, marketing, and clinical staff to help encourage maximum attendance
5. Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure successful and productive patient-facing and physician-facing events
6. Development standards and procedures for various marketing events, including establishing best practices for events
7. Other duties/projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. At least 3 years of experience in event/field marketing or project management
2. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
3. Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as extraordinary attention to detail
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
5. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
6. Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
