The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing applications for banks, with a particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) projects. About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Documentation:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed documentation to support the development and implementation of banking applications, with an emphasis on AML projects.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the technology team and bank staff to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to capture and clarify requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of banking applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct analysis to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Skills And Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Banking/ Fintech domain is preferred)
- Proven experience in implementing AML projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of banking applications and AML regulations.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
