Floor Operation Assistant- Trợ Lý Vận Hành Full- time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Operation Task (50%)
- Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.
- Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand- supply of the products.
- Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.
Marketing & Event (30%)
- Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product
- Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers
- Survey market trend and update market status
- Working with brands to co- operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.
Sales Report & Payment (20%)
- Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.
- Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.

REQUIREMENTS

- Be careful & accurate, good team- work and communication skills
- Be willing to work in shift (1 – 2 afternoon shifts (2 PM – 10 PM) per week) and in holidays
- Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good at working with numbers
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor degree, any majors
- From 1 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Store Management...

Monthly Payroll

Check, verify all data relating to payroll if any (namely overtime working, PIT, Insurance, Labor Employment Status...) to make sure the accuracy of the calculation matched in compare with Cadena System
Manage Time Attendance, Leave Budget, and OT...
Monthly calculate the salary in detail (in Excel System)
Make monthly Salary Approval Reports and all related reports after Payroll.

Personal Income Tax (PIT) Related Duties

Process fully PIT Finalization Process in compliance with Tax Law on PIT
Make monthly PIT Declaration
Address all issues if any with Hanoi Tax Department/PIT Code

Social Insurance (Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance)

Proceed Approval for Monthly Insurance Report and making the payment

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP): Act as HRBP on Employee Relationship/Work Performance Appraisal/HR Compliance

Employees Relationship

- Guide/Receive, Solving Employee’s Feedback to solve All conflicts (if any) or to ensure the compliance with the Company’s Working Regulations

Support solving all issues about HR Legal Compliance

- Update/Giving Reports/HR solution (if any) about Labor Law/Tax Law on PIT/Insurance or related further legal documents
- Involving in Making Reports/Solving issues in Internal Audit/Labor Inspection/Tax Inspection
Other HR tasks and C&B reports as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Basic requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B field for company size at more than 200 employees.
- Good at Teamwork, can work under pressure.
- Good at English.

Skills:
- Good at Communication, Negotiation, Problems Solving Skills.
- Good at Computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), be excellent at excel formulas for salary. computation.

Knowledge:- Strongly acknowledge and can well apply all processes about C&B- Especially PIT regulations for foreigners working in Vietnam, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, all Labor regulations on compensation and wages regulation from Government.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Quản lý doanh thu:

• Kiểm tra doanh thu hàng ngày trên hệ thống doanh thu với số tiền thực tế Sửa lỗi- > (Nếu có)- > chuyển dữ liệu lên hệ thống SAP.• Đảm bảo sửa thông tin của khách hàng trên hệ thống doanh thu (tỉ lệ chia sẻ doanh thu, giảm giá, nhãn hàng, doanh thu.,) theo đúng hợp đồng.

Quản lý TOS:

• Giải đáp các thắc mắc về thanh toán và công nợ liên quan đến TOS.
• Đảm báo tất cả các hợp đồng mới phát sinh được Team Thuế rà soát các vấn đền liên quan về Thuế trước khi hạch toán.
• Đảm bảo tất cả chứng từ liên quan được lưu trữ và sắp xếp theo hệ thống.
• Đảm bảo tất cả các khoản tiền thuê và phí khác được tính đúng theo hợp đồng.

Quản lý doanh thu thẻ:
• Đảm bảo tiền được chuyển từ ngân hàng cà thẻ đúng theo hợp đồng.
• Đối soát hóa đơn cà thẻ với hệ dữ liệu trên hệ thống IRIS, tìm ra sự chênh lêch, sửa lỗi (nếu có).
• Tính phí cà thẻ theo hợp đồng.

Công việc khác:
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ khác liên quan đến phòng tài chính va hỗ trợ kinh doanh theo sự phân công của kế toán trưởng và trưởng phòng.
• Làm việc với ngân hàng để cài đặt máy cà thẻ mới.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ khác liên quan đến phòng tài chính va hỗ trợ kinh doanh theo sự phân công của kế toán trưởng và trưởng.
• Liên hệ với ngân hang đẻ xử lý nếu có bất kỳ trường hợp phản ánh từ khách hàng về thẻ, giao dịch lỗi, tiền hoàn trả.
• Chia và bàn giao tiền chuẩn bị, giấy in máy thanh toán và máy cà thẻ cho thu ngân.
• Hỗ trợ các team khác (Cash; SD) và hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ được giao.

REQUIREMENTS

• Từ 06 tháng- 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các vị trí Kế toán ...
• Nữ; Tuổi từ 22- 30, tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành về Tài Chính- Kế toán
• Có thể giao tiếp Tiếng Anh cơ bản
• Có thể làm việc xoay ca
