Stock & Sales Management:

Support management in sale preparation and target achievement.
Oversee delivery process and productivity to meet company targets.
Manage RFID devices and stockroom initiatives to address capacity issues.
Organize stockrooms for efficiency and compliance.
Ensure effective replenishment aligned with company standards.

Team Management:

Assist in team development and performance management.
Lead and motivate the department team.
Ensure proper induction and training for new team members.

Customer Service:

Train and review Operation Assistant teams.
Maintain consistent communication with Division Head of Store operations.
Ensure team schedules align with planned coverage.

Health and Safety:

Report and follow up on maintenance and safety incidents.
Promote safe work practices and enhance team welfare.
Maintain good housekeeping in back- of- house areas.

Passion for fashion.
Strong communication, problem- solving, and team management skills.
At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
Or candidates with over 1 year of store management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
