Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the legal interests of both clients and the company.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address identified legal risks and implement appropriate action plans.
Engage with regulatory authorities and clients, including both domestic and international stakeholders.
Manage compliance initiatives for corporate services, including the development and enforcement of business conduct standards and contract management policies.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Offer strategic legal research and advice to stakeholders on a broad range of legal and compliance matters.Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Lawyer Practice Certificate are required.
Preferred specializations: labor law, corporate law, investment law, and M&A.
3-5 years of legal experience, ideally combining both law firm and in-house roles.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher.
Highly ambitious and eager to learn and advance to a senior executive level.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment, with a strong willingness to assist others.
