This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of 20 and reporting directly to the HR Director. The successful candidate will manage recruitment for middle and top management positions, including senior and leadership roles, as well as volume hiring.

What you'll do:

Your remit will include managing recruitment for key roles across the organisation, from middle management to senior leadership positions. In addition, you will be responsible for high-volume hiring, filling approximately 300 positions each month. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese will be crucial in this role, as you navigate diverse and challenging stakeholders. A strong business orientation is essential for success in this position.
