* LEGAL (70%):
- Work with departments to develop and review internal governance policies and monitoring compliance with internal policies.
- Check internal policy system to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Providing legal advice to BOD and stakeholders based on actual requirements related to business legal matters
- Research and report to BOD and stakeholders on factors that are likely to pose legal risk to the business.
- Drafting, preparing, editing, supplementing and completing legal documents, agreements, contracts to ensure favourable provisions and well as legislation compliance.
- Research & continuously update new laws, new regulations
- Organize training courses about legal updates for related departments
* EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (30%):
- Drafting and controlling the content of the company’s HR regulations, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the current Law and the company’s Rules/Regulations
- Advise and train managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances and labor discipline. Develops further other training as needed.
- Represent organization to meet and negotiate with employees, the authorities (if any) on labor-related issues.
- Collaborates with leadership on matters of policy and terms of memoranda of understanding before and throughout the negotiation process.
- Handling labor disciplines and cases related to employee relations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
