Purpose of the role

Deliveree is a fast-growing logistics tech company revolutionizing cargo and trucking in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. We seek ambitious, career-driven Business Analyst candidates with Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems degrees and strong English skills. Ideal candidates have a passion for startups and prioritize accelerated career growth.

The role is based at our Product Development Center (PDC) in Ho Chi Minh City, working closely with product teams, country directors, and market operations.

What will you do?

• Analyze business processes to define clear requirements using process diagrams, wireframes, and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using market trends and internal data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Document detailed business requirements for stakeholders and developers using UML, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
• Participate in user testing and create documentation and user manuals for products/features.
• Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time.

• Candidates with 1+ years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
• Good skills in problem-solving, analyzing data, requirement gathering, and documentation with attention to detail.
• A user-centric mindset with UI/UX experience
• Experience with UI/UX design and tools for business and technical diagrams.
• Excellent skills in critical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
