1. Warehouse management: Warehousing principles, productivity measurement, cost drivers, continuous improvement, effective custody management.
2. Manage warehouse & transport to perform customer service level, On time delivery with cost optimization as per targets set.
3. Tracking improve performance of existing contractors for delivery at site
4. Ensure on all transactions are documented, consolidated (Materials and finished products in ERP database)
5. Quality and SHE - SC operation to be compliant with local regulations and Nestle guidelines. - Ability to drive Safety, Environment, Quality compliance, QA , Pest Control, SHE, Audit - internal & external, legislative compliance (e.g. export licenses) and to ensure business continuity. - Ensure to be compliant with Quality Management System and registered quality standards - Promote NGMP,5S, BB SHE, NCE in department
6. Budgeting and controling expenses under factory logistics loop
7. Succession planning and people devolopment
8. Promote NGMP,5S, BB SHE, NCE in department

- Candidates based in Long An and nearby provinces will be preferred
- Graduated from University - SC functions or have experiences in SC at least 5 years
- Planning skills: demand, production, warehouse, inventory, loading, delivery
- Operation management skills: people, vendors/contractors, vehicles, FLTs, RTM, negotiation, customer service, relationships
