We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to drive Ly Gia Vien's online presence and accelerate customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and email marketing. Your expertise in data analysis and experimentation will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities and driving tangible results.
SEO: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
Pay-per-: Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and lead nurturing sequences.
Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns for better performance.
Reporting: Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
3+ years experience in Digital Marketing (focus on SEO, PPC, and Email marketing)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. Proficient in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign)Laptop
