Mô tả công việc
- Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target audiences and develop compelling messaging strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, sales) to ensure campaign integration and alignment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery within budget and on time.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI) to optimize results and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Communicate campaign progress and results effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and advertising standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years experience in campaign marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automatic and/or CRM software (a plus)

Tất cả nội thất, ngoại thất và linh, phụ kiện đều được nhập khẩu 100% từ Hyundai Hàn Quốc do nhà máy Tracomeco lắp ráp và sản xuất.
