To manage the daily operations of the department ensuring that the department runs effectively and efficiently at all times whilst providing quality customer service.
To ensure all guests receive the most updated information, answer all queries and resolve problems arising from guest requests and service is provided in a timely manner.
Ensure communication between Concierge and Bell Desk staff and other departments of the Hotel is timely, accurate and professional at all times.
Develop good working relationships with external suppliers to ensure guests receive quality goods and services that meet the hotel’s standards.
Provide training to new team members.
Ensure on-going development of Concierge colleagues by ensuring performance reviews are conducted as per Hotel’s procedure.
Maintain a high level of skilled staff through training as per Hotel’s requirements.
Recognize and establish a good rapport with VIP’s and regular guests.
Ensure the professional presentation of the department and hotel lobby.
Ensure the effective resolution of any issues raised by clients or individual guests.
Maintain current product knowledge of events, concerts and on going activities ion the Strip.
Through leadership and supervision encourage behaviors that promote health and safety responsibility, accountability and awareness.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to supervisors.
Perform ad-hoc job duties as assigned by the Chef Concierge or Hotel Management.
Listen to comments, criticisms, and feedback from guests, employees and other managers to gain an understanding of strength and opportunity to improve personal/property performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and guidelines, local government regulations.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of 5-star hotels
