• Manage social media channels of HR team such as FB, IG. Create and execute comms plan, including visual and content for social media channels.
• Employee Engagement: Coordinate with Comms team to plan and execute HR internal events (Promotion Ceremony, Cinema Day, D-Hour, Well-being Month, etc.)
• Employer Branding: Coordinate with team and other stakeholders/ partners on talent attraction activities (Uni tours, Office tours, Career talks, etc.)
• Support with onboarding process of new joiners including logistics arrangement, communications and follow up.
• Assist in developing initiatives to encourage good practices at work, staff l care program and employee recognition.
