1. Sets up, installs, configures, and maintains computer located at Banyan Tree, Golf Club and The Allamanda (Spa if required) 2. Installs and troubleshoots PC operating system and office applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook. 3. Manages network and individual printers; assigns printers for users; manages printer maintenance and get an outside assistance if necessary. 4. Ensure anti virus program and data are up-to-date and running properly on all computers. 5. Identifies training needs in different aspect of I.T. 6. Identifies I.T. needs to improve efficiency in hotel operations. 7. Monthly basis maintenance for all personal computer and printer.
