- Receive the incoming phone call
- Receive the job order from other depts & assign it to related staff.
- Record the job order description by the equipment CV.
- Check if the work repairs have been done properly.
- Type & translate the document & correspondence to be assigned by the Chief Engineer, and file all the documents of the Engineering dept.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer.
- Take care of the purchase order (received or not yet received).
- Keep and control the store of materials.
- Transmit & apply strictly all the regulations, and policies of the hotel.
- Make the weekly roster and monthly attendance record of the Engineering dept.
- Attend the weekly, and monthly meetings & record the minutes of meetings.
- Make the monthly report.
- Keep the Chief Engineer’s office and desk tidy.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English. (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office and "back-office" software.
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
