• Maintain full, true and accurate records associated with the complete function of the Security Department, be responsible for the operation, induction and training of all security staff

• In conjunction with the Security Manager, to implement and administer security loss control, key control, fire safety and safety procedures

• Conduct investigations into matters relating to fire, accidents, physical injury, damage, threat, vehicle accident, disruption where theft/fraud/loss/injury/damage has occurred, suspected to have occurred or is likely to occur

• Provide recommendations as regards security, fire safety and safety of the Property to the Security Manager

• Regularly liaise with the various Departments - the object being directed towards the safe, secure, efficient and harmonious operation of the Property in conjunction with the function of the Security Department

• Continually evaluate and provide recommendations to the Security Manager for the improvement of security/fire safety procedures in the various departments, particularly as regards storage, key control, chemicals, personal security

• Perform the role of supervisor to be responsible of the shift duty when supervisor is not available

• Be responsible of the day-to-day operation of the Security Department in the absence of the Security Manager

• Other tasks requested by General Manager and Security Manager

• Degree requirements (minimum): College

• First Aid Certificate.

• Fire Life & Safety Systems.

• 3 – 5 year experience on relevant fields.

• Good management and leadership skills.

• English: good communication and writing skills

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

• Good presentation and influencing skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

• Problem solving and organizational abilities
