- Adhere to the Department and the Company policies and procedures. Aware of the roster schedule at all times and report to the shift on time. 

- Perform assigment allocated by the Supervisor. - Check and complete the allocated daily works. Clean up the working areas. 

- Maintain and repair if necessary all air conditioning condensing units and fan coil units of the building. Conduct regular check on their performance. 

- Maintain and clean the air conditioning condensing unit rooms in the Building. 

- Maintain and repair fan coil units and their connected equipment such as gas pipes, ducts, remote controller, gas pipes, condensed water drainpipes, air ducts and their insulation.

- Take timely remedial action and notify the supervisor for any abnormal conditions arisen in the air-conditioning system. 

- Clean and service all electrical panels and controls of the air-conditioning equipment. 

- Maintain and repair if necessary freezers, refrigerators, coolers. Record on the log book the maintenance details and schedule. 

- Maintain and repair the ventilating fan systems. 

- Check personal equipment at the beginning and the end of each shift. 

- Always follow safety precautions for gas, dust, fire etc (gloves, masks, protective eyewear etc). 

- Must adhere to safety compliance when working with high risk machinery/tools. 

- Perform other duties as required and willing to stay behind to finish the work if necessary.
