You will actively seek new agency accounts, maintain regular communication with existing partners, and ensure timely follow-up to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. With your strong selling, negotiation, and organizational skills, you will represent the hotel and IHG brand in every interaction, delivering service that builds loyalty and trust.

By providing professional expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach, you will contribute to long-term relationships with travel agencies, enhance guest satisfaction, and support the overall success of the hotel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Skills & Experience:

• Fresh graduates in Hospitality with a passion for sales are welcome to apply
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar position or in a hotel environment
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a dynamic, proactive attitude
• Good computer literacy and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Opera PMS system is an advantage
