• Be knowledgeable with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information​
• ​Attends to emergency situations inside and outside the water to protect the health of guests, visitors and employees, particularly in the event of drowning and heatstroke​
• ​Conduct activities and services for guest and members while giving proper instruction and safety reminders​
• ​Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained​
• ​Apply correct charges to guests and visitors where applicable for use of the facilities and services

• The experience of 1 years in hotel Swimming Pool/SPA/Fitness Centre handling guests is preferred .He/She should have undergone formal training in Life Safety.​
• ​Minimum school level education is mandatory with English communication. CPR / First Aid certification required
