• Be in charge of composing contracts and addendum
• Update employee’s database from recruitment team carefully and correctly
• Support in declaration of monthly social insurance
• Coordinate with C&B officer to check monthly insurance fee carefully
• Assist colleagues with all HR related activities, queries and questions
• Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts
• Monthly do payroll in time
• Have the knowledge of the labor law.
• Assist T&C Manager to record employee’s expectations/ feedbacks
• Notice any new or changed relevant laws and regulations which impact to the company
• Communicate and support company policies & procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, and ensure an atmosphere of participative management.
• Ensure optimum service through the effective communication of policies and procedures to all employees.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Manager

• Strong command in both verbal and written communication
• A recognized basic degree or equivalent professional qualification
• A minimum of 2 year working experience
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
• HR local Law knowledge
• Can communicate in English.
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
