- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. - Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. - Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance - Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions - Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards - Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required - Anticipate and resolve litigation risks - Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics- From 5-7 years experience in HR Manager/ HR Director - Familiarity with Vietnamese laws, HR regulations - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities in startup environment - Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics, fluent English - Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative - Detailed oriented and budget management experience - Ability to identify organizational development needs and deliver relevant coaching or training as needed - Proven experience in a leadership role in a growing and evolving organization - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Lunch allowance and parking free - 13th month salary, gifts (New Year, birthday, 8/3, 20/10, 1/6..) - Insurance after 2 months of probation, PVI insurance - Working in a friendly and professional environment - Team building, company trip
