Mô tả Công việc This position will be provided shuttle bus from BA RIA/ BIEN HOA/ DISTRICT 2/ THU DUC CITY to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (50 minutes transportation to our Factory) Building recruitment strategy to attract both direct labor and indirect labor resources. Training management: TNA, Training Plan, Measurement post- training Organization Compliance: Customer Specific Requirements / Legal/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / SA8000. KPI Management and suggest solutions to get the HR goals. Development and implementation of HR objectives, policies, and practices. Ensuring the implementation and application of all HR systems and policies. Prepare and deliver HR-related training modules. All HR-related issues. University level with Human Resources Management or related majors. Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, and other regulations. Preferably experience in an international environment/ organization Know international standards such as ISO/ SA8000/ IATF 16949 is preferred. Good at Computer and English communication skills.
