Mô tả công việc

  • Lead and manage assigned HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient and timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Structure and manage detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks associated with project implementation, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze project status, prepare and deliver regular updates on project schedule and outcomes.
  • Collaborate and engage with cross functional teams including HR, IT, Finance and Operations in all phases of the project to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
  • Experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of English or Chinese.
