Planning for projects and ensure implementing follow schedule.
Manage materials & supplier readiness for projects from beginning until Mass Production.
Lead VN factory readiness for all Sample Builds and Mass Production to ensure Good Quality products to be shipped out.
Foresee any risk during projects and lead the team to take prevent actions.
Communication with customers to adjust the demand, according to project or material status, balance the demand of tools & materials.
Continuous evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas.

University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in project, material, or production planning.
Knowledge of ERP software (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft…).
Working well with MS Excel, and other MS Office software.
Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English.
Able to communicate by Chinese if an advantage.
Good communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skill.
Proactive and eager to learn.
