We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Product Manager, RBWM

Areas and Accountabilities

• Responsible for acquiring new customers for Credit card portfolio and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitable growth.
• Work closely with Marketing and Distributions to build and execute acquisition camapaigns and ensure effective communication of promotions and product features to customers and to improve portfolio metrics.
• Oversee all tasks associated with new program/processes development working closely with key business partners (Marketing, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to introduce and sell the program on an ongoing basis.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend changes in the product or marketing strategy to optimize program performance.
• Work closely with Risk, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Ops to ensure effective implementation of account origination and portfolio strategies.
• Accountable for risk management, compliance and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility.
• Establish or work with management to develop effective controls and process to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis.
• Maintain current knowledge of risk-related credit card changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  
  

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of Credit card product experience.
• Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAS and analytical tool an advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements as they pertain to aforementioned segment areas.
