Position: International Marketing Manager

Job Description:
The International Marketing Manager at VINASTONE will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to drive brand growth, revenue, and market presence across international markets. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives and expand VINASTONE’s reach worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop International Marketing Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in various international markets.
- Design and implement tailored marketing strategies that cater to regional and local market needs while aligning with global brand objectives.
- Optimize international marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and high ROI.
- Lead and Manage the International Marketing Team:
- Oversee and mentor the international marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and the achievement of marketing goals.
- Collaboration with Internal Departments:
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Public Relations, and Market Research teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors for market research, advertising, and promotional activities to support global campaigns.
- Monitor and Measure Campaign Performance:
- Use analytics tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of international marketing campaigns.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Ensure Consistent Global Brand Presence:
- Develop and manage global brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Ensure that all marketing messages and materials are culturally appropriate and resonate with target audiences in different regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in international marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading international marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, market research, and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
