This individual is also responsible for managing inventory and costs, training staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury service standards and current beverage trends. The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and a creative tastemaker.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a senior bar or beverage role within luxury resorts, five-star hotels, or internationally recognized bars.

Preferred: Previous experience in Asia’s 50 Best Bars or high-profile venues in Asia (e.g., Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bali).

Strong knowledge of global beverage trends, spirits, wines, sake, and non-alcoholic mixology.

Proven track record in cost control, supplier management, and operational leadership.

Excellent communication, leadership, and guest engagement skills.

Experience in leading multicultural teams.

Preferred Attributes:

Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and cutting-edge guest experiences.

Familiarity with sustainability in beverage sourcing and presentation.

Relevant certifications (e.g., WSET, mixology diplomas, sommelier training) are a plus.

Adaptable, culturally aware, and collaborative in a diverse team environment.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

On-site role with strong presence required during service and events.
