- Guiding and Supervising colleagues' tasks in the working shift
- Introducing entertainment services to guests
- Ensure hygienic conditions of equipments including gym, Kid Planet Trekker, Children Entertainment area and water sports.
- Coordinating with other departments for special requests.
- Handling guest complaints and escalade to manager if there is any arisen issues for proper solutions.
- Coordinating, making plan, guiding indoor and outdoor activities, and sports to guests.
- Assist Recreation Manager in recruitment, training and supervising colleagues.
- Managing birthday, sport teams, company's activities
- Establishing and supervising activities, yoga, Tai Chi, exercises, beach volleyball.
- Respond to emergency cases
- Other tasks assigned by manager
